"Opinions"
Periodic musings on advertising, marketing and life

Quick takes:

  • Thank goodness for a new season of Mad Men. Now if we could only get everyone at NCA to dress as stylishly!!

  • We believe the reason Trust Me failed as a TV Series was that nobody wants to work at an advertising agency all day and then go home and watch the same stress be played out on the small screen. Mad Men works because, truthfully, advertising doesn't work like that any more - for better or worse.

  • In answer to the key question, EVERYONE wants to be a millionaire. It just seems like nobody will actually BE one this season.

  • Facebook is the first sign of the apocalypse. Twitter is a close second.

  • The Chevrolet Volt will change everything. Trust us on this one.

  • Fall is a great time to begin many things anew. Perhaps you should take this opportunity to revisit your advertising situation. And why not start with a call to NCA?

"Opinions" is a periodic feature that will allow the management of Norman Cooper Advertising to share their insights and comments on many advertising and marketing related topics - with a periodic detour into other non-marketing issues.
